1.Q:What about sample time &sample fee?
A:Lead time is 3-7 working days, USD50-150/style.Will take responsibility for the sample until been consider satisfied. Sample fee Could be refunded when the trade value reaches USD8,000.

4.Q:What is your payment terms?
A:Usually we support TT 30% in advance,the balance 70% will be paid in full amount before shipment.
5.Q:What is the delivery time?
A:25-35 Days after the advance deposit and sample confirmed, to be negotiated according to the final quantity. Urgent order is acceptable for higher price.
6.Q:Do you accept OEM/ODM work?
A:Yes, we have our own factory could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.
7.Q:Do you have after-sale service?
A:Yes, we do provide 7/24 after-sale service.
8.Q:How can i know the quality before getting the goods if i don't have the third-party inspection?
A:We will send samples before mass production. We will take photos for confirmation when the goods ready. Also we will be responsible for those damaged goods which may caused by transportation.
9.Q:What certificates can you pass?
